Application of Humic Acid in Agriculture

China is the world’s largest fertilizer market. With the increasing application of farmland fertilizers in China, The supply of chemical fertilizers is still relatively tight, and the cultivated land that uses chemical fertilizers for years is easy to form and affect the growth of crops.

In the face of the current severe damage to China’s soil structure and the decline of soil fertility, it is a very effective method to strengthen the application of humic acid in agricultural fertilizers.
At present, 70-80% of the total fertilizer production in developed countries in the world is produced and applied in the form of compound fertilizer. Although the amount of chemical fertilizers in China is increasing in production and application, compound fertilizers only account for a few percent of total fertilizers.
Compared with foreign countries, there is a big difference. China is a large agricultural country with 1.68 billion mu of cultivated land, more than half of which are medium and low-yield fields. China’s drought-deficient areas account for half of the country’s total cultivated land. Therefore, disaster prevention and reduction is an important link to achieve agricultural production, and humic acid fertilizers are improving. The advantages of crop stress resistance are obvious to all.

The promotion of high-carbon fertilizers produced with humic acid as raw materials has been highly valued by the state, and has achieved significant social and economic benefits. The high-quality fertilizer for agriculture is inseparable from humic acid, which is made of humic acid as a carrier with various trace elements and elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.

Humic acid fertilizer can not only meet the needs of sustainable development of high-yield, high-quality and high-efficiency agriculture, but also fundamentally solve the problem of soil compaction and desertification caused by the shortage of organic fertilizer in China and the long-term application of chemical fertilizers.
